Inventory & Check in
Conducted on the day that the tenancy commences, a detailed report of the property’s condition before a new tenant moves in, covering all aspects of the property’s contents, fixtures, and fittings.
Mid-Term Tenancies
A mid-tenancy inspection allows Landlords to assess the condition of their property, mitigating any potential damages. By conducting a check during the tenancy, landlords can address maintenance concerns early, making the end-of-tenancy process smoother for all parties involved.
Check-Out Reports
Conducted on the day the tenancy ends, the clerk will note any observations of any change in condition against the inventory report highlighting any tenant responsibilities and landlord actions. We also provide our clients with our professional advice if needed after inspection.
