Melissa was excellent throughout the inventory and check in process. She was patient, professional, and always willing to help, offering clear advice and practical support when dealing with difficult tenant situations. She is a great listener, calm under pressure, and genuinely supportive.

Melissa clearly goes above and beyond, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful professional.

Her communication is clear and timely, and she approaches every task with real care and attention to detail. It’s truly been a pleasure working with her.

I was referred to LDN Inventories by a friend of mine who works at Chestertons, and I’m really glad I followed the recommendation. As a private landlord, I’ve dealt with a few inventory services over the years, and this has been by far the smoothest experience.

The team was punctual, professional, and easy to work with. The report was clear, detailed, and delivered quickly. Tenants were also happy with how straightforward the check-in process was, which is always a win too!
